Vitacorps Appoints Kelly Eager as Chief Operating Officer

Architect and Wellness Design Leader to Drive Operational Excellence and Strategic Growth

WASHINGTON, D.C. – December 3, 2025 –  Vitacorps, a leader in integrated wellness solutions for military living, today announced the promotion of Kelly Eager to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Previously serving as the company’s Head of Wellness Design, Kelly will now lead strategic operations across the organization, aligning people, processes, and priorities to drive performance and high-impact outcomes.

In her new role, Kelly will use her cross-disciplinary expertise to build on Vitacorps’ strong foundation and help propel the organization into its next stage of growth. She is committed to fostering collaboration and shaping workflows that support teams as they scale. Her focus is moving strategic initiatives forward with purpose and clarity.

Kelly’s career has been grounded in the belief that well-designed systems and environments can transform how people live and work. As a licensed architect, she has shaped human-centered solutions across diverse project types, consistently delivering with care, rigor, and integrity. Her strengths in program management and quality execution will help drive Vitacorps’ continued evolution.

Kelly is also committed to developing talent across the organization. She mentors emerging leaders and designs training that helps teams confidently navigate the intersection of wellness, design, and operational strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Industrial Design and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech, as well as an MBA from The George Washington University. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
