Robert Bellmar
President
As President of Vitacorps, Rob Bellmar leads the company’s mission to revolutionize indoor wellness solutions, with a special focus on military housing communities. Rob brings a strong track record of delivering customer-focused innovation, having held key leadership roles, including: Divisional President, Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Product Officer, and start-up co-founder.
With deep experience in both organic growth and M&A, Rob has played a leading role in 21 successful transactions. He holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Agricultural Business Management & Marketing and Farm Business Management & Finance from Cornell University.
Rob is passionate about Vitacorps' culture and mission, and he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and problem solving to the intersection of building sciences and health sciences.
Kelly Eager, AIA
Chief Operating Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Kelly leads strategic operations with a focus on aligning people, processes, and priorities to advance Vitacorps’ mission and drive organizational performance. She brings a systems-minded, practical approach to every team and project—strengthening operational excellence, optimizing workflows, and ensuring initiatives are executed with clarity and precision. Kelly is dedicated to building a cohesive, values-driven culture where teams are empowered to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Formerly Vitacorps’ Head of Wellness Design, she excels at guiding cross-functional teams and shaping human-centered, wellness-driven strategies. A licensed architect, she has advanced health-focused design across residential, mixed-use, memorial, and museum projects. Her expertise in program management and quality control has been essential to delivering complex initiatives on time and within budget—capabilities she now applies to her operational leadership as COO.
Kelly is also deeply committed to talent development, mentoring emerging leaders and creating training programs that support teams in navigating the intersection of wellness and operational strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Architecture with a minor in Industrial Design and a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech, as well as an MBA from The George Washington University. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
Ryan Kleinau
Head of Development
As Head of Development at Vitacorps, Ryan leverages his extensive expertise in real estate, design, and product development to drive strategic growth and innovation. He has a proven track record in planning, program development, and executing portfolio-wide initiatives, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with a collaborative approach to building consensus among partners.
Through his career, Ryan has held leadership positions in start-ups, new public-private ventures and other growth initiatives. Before joining Vitacorps, Ryan was a private-sector real estate development executive, leading the design, development, and delivery of luxury multifamily housing. He has also held key leadership roles in the development, construction, renovation, and operation of privatized military family housing under the Military Housing Privatization Initiative (MHPI). Ryan has a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University and a Master of Business Administration from Babson College.
Thomas O’Donnell
Head of Customer Success
As Head of Customer Success, Tom O'Donnell provides extensive expertise enhancing customer experiences and implementing strategic solutions. In this role, he focuses on delivering exceptional customer success through innovative strategies and effective execution. Tom is an accomplished, customer-focused leader with experience in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, customer research and transformational change. Tom specializes in developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth.
Tom holds a B.A. in Economic, cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
Chris Ramos
Head of Research
As the Head of Research, Christian Ramos coordinates R&D, product evaluation, and product development projects at Vitacorps. His work has focused on building automation, air quality in a variety of settings including residential, transportation and educational. He also works closely with professional, industry and academic collaborators from top institutions domestically and internationally. While spending 3 years at the Well Living Lab he coordinated operations and managed regulatory approval of human subject studies. His work has led to multiple peer-reviewed projects, patent applications and the development of novel commercial and research tools.
Christian has expertise in environmental health, regulatory affairs, and project management. Previously, he coordinated clinical trials at the Yale School of Medicine and was responsible for overseeing the regulatory requirements of trials. He also served on Yale’s Institutional Review Board and worked in the laboratory for genetic epidemiology at the University of California, San Francisco – investigating genetic determinants of cancers. Christian holds a Master of Public Health degree with a focus on environmental health sciences and regulatory affairs from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree in Integrative Biology from the University of California Berkeley.
Anna Obraztsova, Ph.D.
Head of WELL Consulting
Anna Obraztsova advises on implementation of indoor wellness programs and strategic wellness and sustainability initiatives, including those offered by International WELL Building Institute, for diverse clients globally. An architect with a doctoral degree in neuropsychology, Anna empowers individuals and organizations to elevate their indoor environments to benefit occupants’ health and well-being by drawing on her experience in the design and real estate industry. Anna specializes in integrating innovative solutions focused on enhancing the human experience to promote a culture of wellness.
Anna graduated magna cum laude from Knox College with a degree in Psychology. She obtained her Ph.D. in Neuropsychology from the Graduate School and University Center of the City University of New York, and a Masters degree in Architecture from Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning, and Preservation. She is a registered architect in the State of New York and a WELL AP.
Brendan O’Grady
Head of Field Engineering
Brendan O’Grady has spent over 12 years spearheading the creation and implementation of cutting-edge wellness solutions for residential and commercial environments. Specializing in the optimization of air, water, and light quality, Brendan is a recognized subject matter expert who has successfully managed over 30 major projects and designed custom filtration systems for dozens of high-profile developments. His leadership is defined by a commitment to operational excellence; he notably overhauled site-assessment protocols to eliminate more than 100 hours of manual work per project and streamlined product catalogs to focus on scalable, high-value offerings. Brendan is known for his ability to translate complex technical specifications into clear, accessible benefits for clients and installers alike, while fostering a collaborative team culture focused on mentorship and high-impact results.
Brendan’s career is built upon a rigorous scientific foundation in chemical engineering and environmental health. Beginning his tenure as a Research Consultant and Associate, he conducted preliminary audits for WELL Building Certification and evaluated emerging technologies to improve the built environment. His deep expertise in water treatment was forged during his time at the University of Connecticut’s Sustainable Water and Energy Learning Lab, where he conducted advanced research on membrane-based filtration systems for reverse and forward osmosis. This background in engineering and membrane fabrication informs his data-driven approach to solving modern infrastructure challenges today. He holds both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Connecticut.
