Vitacorps Appoints Thomas O'Donnell as Head of Customer Success
Accomplished, Customer-Focused Leader to Drive Strategic Solutions and Enhance Military Partner Readiness
WASHINGTON, D.C. – November 4, 2025 – Vitacorps, a leader in integrated wellness solutions for military living, today announced the appointment of Thomas O'Donnell as its new Head of Customer Success. In this role, O'Donnell will leverage his extensive expertise in enhancing customer experiences and implementing strategic solutions to support Vitacorps’ mission.
O'Donnell will focus on ensuring the company's military housing partners see measurable improvements in health, readiness, and satisfaction through Vitacorps' 7-Step program. He will work directly with installation leadership teams to ensure Vitacorps’ science-backed solutions are implemented smoothly, deliver validated results, and address the unique challenges of each installation.

O'Donnell is an accomplished leader with experience in driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and transformational change. He specializes in developing and executing strategic initiatives that enhance the customer experience, optimize performance, and drive sustainable growth. He will leverage this expertise to ensure our military housing partners see positive outcomes in health, readiness, and satisfaction.
He holds a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Harvard University and an MBA with specializations in Marketing and Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business, where he was a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society.
